Here is my 3rd piece for the Van Singel exhibit in Grand Rapids, MI starting Sept 2009. It is 3' x 4', with the base carved from styrofoam and the tesserae made from busted wine and beer bottles.

I do a lot of mosaics and am really into teaching and promoting the art. I started this blog with the idea of keeping up with all the projects that I am currently involved in. I will also chart the progress of our local Michigan mosaic group as we try to promote ourselves thru group shows.
